More than 1,000 homeless after tornado hits SW Houston apartment complex

About 1,600 people were left homeless after a tornado struck the Rockport Apartments in southwest Houston on Sunday. The National Weather Service confirmed an E-F1 tornado with winds up to 100 mph hit the apartment.
